BIM4builders^TM is the first industry/academic Conference specifically devoted to Applications of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Construction.

The Conference includes Cases, Analyses, Tools and Best Practices -- presented by leading users of the technology, industry analysts, university researchers and providers of software and services that support BIM.

A limited number of rooms at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Gainesville have been reserved for BIM4builders^TM attendees. Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations and expense. Contact the hotel directly and request a room reservation in the "BIM4builders^TM" Conference block.

Reservations in the Conference block are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the Hotel's Group Reservations Department. A credit card number or one night's advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or one night's room and tax will be assessed.

After an invitee has registered, BIM4builders^TM-Spring 2008 registrations MAY be transferred -- upon prior written request to and approval from the Conference Producers -- if the original invited registrant is unable to attend. Such transfers may be made only to other persons in the same company, organization or academic institution as the original invited registrant.

NOTE: The BIM4builders^TM-Spring 2008 Conference Producers reserve the right to reject and/or cancel, at their sole discretion, any registration at any time, subject to a full refund of any fees paid for the rejected or cancelled registration.

Cancelled BIM4builders^TM registrations are refundable ONLY within the following limitations:

Invited registrants whose cancellations are received before close of business on April 11, 2008 will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.

Invited registrants whose cancellations are received between April 12, 2008 and close of business May 2, 2008 will receive a 25 percent refund of registration fees paid.

Invited registrants whose cancellations are received after close of business on May 2, 2008 will NOT receive a refund for any portion of registration fees paid.

Invited registrants who are "no-shows" at the Conference will NOT receive a refund for any portion of registration fees paid.
